Shelly Winters is Finance Manager at Russell Public, overseeing the agency’s accounting department.
Shelly brings more than 10 years of accounting, bookkeeping, and office management experience to the agency, having served at a range of organizations and accounting firms in Arizona and Florida. Prior to joining Russell Public, she served as Accounting Specialist at Thomas Edison & Henry Ford Winter Estates in Ft. Myers, Florida.
Shelly was a business and general studies student at the University of Arizona and Pima Community College, and graduated from Chaparral Career College with a diploma in Data Processing. Shelly currently resides in Tucson.
Prior to her career in accounting, Shelly was a dancer and member of the color guard for the Royal Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps.
